Start the game at the flashing red signal. Rotate the roads by clicking on the little red blocks which will appear if you mouse-over the corners of the roads.

Game Tip
A good place to begin is to lay the bottom roads horizontally, so that only the road coming from the flashing signal is vertical. Remember the object of the game is to rearrange the roads in their optimal position, in order to light up as many roads as possible to get the community on the go! Experiment with the different positions to decide which position is best.
